The catalog was created by experts - lawyers and human rights activists - so that everyone could quickly find the necessary information, study it in a convenient format and apply it in practice.

Donations to Stoparmy are absolutely safe. According to the law, financial support to organizations with foreign agent status does not carry any risks for donors. If Stoparmy ever obtains a status that could jeopardize our supporters, we will immediately disable subscriptions and the ability to donate in rubles.
